Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) required.
• Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in BMS engineering, with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Professional certifications in relevant BMS platforms required (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).

The Application Manager is accountable for project delivery excellence, team performance, client satisfaction, and business growth, serving as the ultimate technical authority and strategic leader for BMS application engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• ·Develop and execute strategic plans for the application engineering division, aligning with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• ·Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic partnerships.
• ·Represent the company at industry conferences, executive client meetings, and technical forums.
