Jobtailor in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, seeks an experienced Pedagogical Manager to oversee contractual and educational activities across partner networks. You will maximize resources and monitor learning indicators to drive improvements in student outcomes.

You will deploy the Aprende Brasil education system, deliver lectures and training, manage pedagogical administration with partner institutions, and prepare reports while traveling up to 20 days a month.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Education/Pedagogy, plus a postgraduate qualification.
• Experience teaching and/or managing in K–12 education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Reside in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Espírito Santo.
• Availability for frequent travel (up to 20 days per month).
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy in planning visits and preparing reports.
• Experience providing support and professional development to teachers and school administrators is a plus.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure and monitor the delivery of the pedagogical workload established in the contract.
• Deploy and implement the Aprende Brasil education system and the publisher’s other products for clients.
• Deliver lectures, courses, and in-person and online support sessions.
• Manage pedagogical administration in collaboration with partner institutions.
• Complete the required documentation to confirm contractual deliverables.
• Negotiate contract renewals, with support from the Sales team.
• Record and report activities carried out with partner institutions.
