We are seeking a dedicated IT Global PMO Procurement Specialist to join our team.

YOUR ROLE

The IT PMO Procurement Specialist conducts sourcing activities, evaluates supplier pricing and offerings, reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, they input and track procurement data. This position is open in Brazil (Sao Paulo), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Philippines, and Thailand.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Vendor Management:

• Manage procurement processes, including purchasing raw materials, resources, goods, and services.
• Evaluate and source potential suppliers strategically.
• Maintain advantageous relationships with suppliers and manage disputes.
• Monitor supplier performance for optimal operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Resource Management:

• Develop initiatives to improve procurement performance for outsourced activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.

PO & Budget Management:

• Manage procurement budgets, strategies, and payment processes.
• Oversee the procure-to-pay process from requisition to payment.

Finance & Reporting:

• Forecast future demand for goods and services.
• Track KPIs and metrics to reduce costs.
• Analyze procurement data, conduct spend analysis, and prepare reports.

Training:

• Create, update, and revise guides and manuals for processes and procedures.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Project management skills, including planning, delegation, and evaluation.
• Negotiation skills for favorable terms.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vendor outreach, inventory management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong influencing skills and teamwork.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
