Position Purpose:
Plan and execute a solid sourcing strategy for the Media Spend categories (digital, creative, content, production, fees, eCommerce, etc) to drive innovation while optimizing efficiencies in terms of budget, quality, compliance, cost and service levels. The Latam Media Procurement Sr. Specialist applies a strategic sourcing methodology to meet the internal stakeholders' request and contribute to business growth by maximizing value.
Responsibilities:
Develop spend analysis to identify key areas of opportunity for growth, efficiencies and simplification.
Define and lead the execution of the strategic sourcing process within a regional scope. (Latin America)
Ensure compliance and visibility of the procurement E2E process: Sourcing, buying, contracting, invoicing, managing the relationships with external business partners.
Activate Dynamic Supplier Network to address foundational and Reimagined footprint:
Reinforce foundational supply assurance by reviewing business continuity plans with key suppliers
Create and action KPIs to ensure service excellence from suppliers.
Supplier segmentation and relationship management.
Create division footprint alternatives and implement changes based on innovation; pursue strategic supplier development and relationships, including outsourcing strategies.
Strengthen relationships and integrate early to expedite decisions
Create partnerships for long term sustainable sourcing. Define priority materials and suppliers
Build relationships with key thought leaders in innovative areas to learn and apply new thinking
Enhance internal stakeholder engagement across all functional areas and divisions
Increase delivered value via key Supplier Relationship Management programs
Deliver cost and expense goals:
Value added negotiations
Deliver Savings Targets
Active involvement in budget process and visibility of the Savings in the Financial Statements
Quarterly spend analysis
Maximize the benefits from the Procurement Tools system utilization
Increase empowerment and expertise to meet agility demands
Increase personal leadership, reinforce FEED definitions
Agile Networks participation with sustainable results
Ensure knowledge sharing among regions and countries
Become proficient with external insights and apply new tactics
Link all goals to growth to ensure we are supporting top line movement
Active participation in business reviews
Lead and support Digital & Media initiatives
