We are seeking a dedicated IT Global PMO Procurement Specialist to join our team.

YOUR ROLE

The IT PMO Procurement Specialist conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings, reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements, and tracks procurement data.

This position is open in Brazil (São Paulo), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Philippines, and Thailand.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage procurement processes, including purchasing raw materials, resources, goods, and services.
• Evaluate and source potential suppliers strategically.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage disputes.
• Monitor supplier performance for optimal operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Resource Management: Develop initiatives to improve procurement performance and collaborate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
• PO & Budget Management: Oversee procurement budgets, strategies, and payment processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payments.
• Finance & Reporting: Forecast demand, track KPIs, analyze procurement data, and prepare reports.
• Training: Create, update, and revise process guides and manuals.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Project management abilities.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vendor outreach, inventory management, and contract negotiation.
• Influencing skills and teamwork orientation.
• Certification like CSCP is a plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
