Job Title: Regional Sales Director

A first-line sales manager will manage and develop a team of account executives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings, working cross-functionally with stakeholders as required.
  • Lead ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new representatives on sales processes.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
Your Impact:

We are seeking a proven sales director to lead a team of account executives who generate growth in our middle market.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive software sales experience in individual contributor and management roles, including sales management experience.
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment.
  • Successful track record in high-volume transaction sales environments.
  • Working knowledge of the CRM space.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and coach/develop talents.
