drives operative management of the NPI (New Product Introduction) projects on site.
He/She co-ordinates the multi-functional team across the manufacturing/engineering location once the project is established.
This position requires an enthusiastic approach to coordinate the multi-functional core team and ensure deliverables are complete according to agreed metrics including quality, financials, and timing.
He/She assists other project team members in following the NPI procedure, directives, and requirements, to report project status and any documentation required for Gate Reviews and Operational Product Committee meetings.
This position is located in Canoas/Brazil with a hybrid work format.
