Job Title: Software Technical Project Lead

Job Description:

You will be part of the Research and Development Software Team in Varginha, a team with a global footprint including international members. You will serve as the technical lead for the development and maintenance of medical devices, specifically in the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) sector, currently working with multiparameter monitors and obstetrics.

Your role:

1. Organize and lead a high-performing team in Software Product Development.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable development processes, legal standards, quality metrics, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
3. Contribute to the technical innovation of the product or systems, providing insights, technical reviews, and continuous feedback.
4. Stay updated with relevant technologies, continuously learning and introducing new practices, while collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.

You're the right fit if:

1. Hold a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Have over 5 years of experience in Software Product Development, preferably in the medical industry.
3. Have previous experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within the medical industry.
4. Possess advanced spoken and written English skills.
5. Have excellent communication skills.
6. Experience with Medical Devices Regulations is desirable.

How we work together:

We believe collaboration enhances our effectiveness. Office-based roles require working in-person at least 3 days per week, with onsite roles requiring full-time presence at our facilities. Field roles are typically conducted outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

This is an office role based in Varginha.
