This role involves overseeing all aspects of project management from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of woodframe residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, addressing issues proactively.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in woodframe residential construction.
• Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and standards.
