Qualificações

Mission:

To coordinate and support all team members in terms of strategy, vessel optimization, and processes.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the team’s activities and provide support with vessel strategy, vessel optimization, challenging decisions, and resolving main obstacles.
2. Ensure adherence to processes in the area and develop new processes if necessary.
3. Participate in transversal projects to suggest improvements and adapt methods and tools as needed.
4. Analyze loading statistics to optimize performance.
5. Support team development and address their needs.
6. Monitor idle times at main bottleneck ports.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Degree: Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Languages: English mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Shipping Industry.

Relations:

Interaction with head office, line management, operations, logistics, cargo readiness, customer care, commercial teams, transshipment desks, cargo flow worldwide, terminals, and joint partners.

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive attitude, decision-making ability, multitasking, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Scope of Practice:

East Coast South America level.
