Mission:

To coordinate and support all team activities concerning strategy, vessel optimization, and process improvement.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate team activities and provide support in vessel strategy, vessel optimization, decision-making, and resolving main challenges.
2. Ensure strict adherence to processes and develop new processes as needed.
3. Participate in transversal projects to suggest improvements and adapt methods and tools.
4. Analyze loading statistics to optimize performance.
5. Support team development and address their needs.
6. Control idle times at main bottleneck ports.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Degree: Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Shipping Industry, with experience in head office operations, line management, logistics, cargo readiness, customer service, commercial activities, transshipment, cargo flow management, terminals, and joint ventures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to bridge main areas, anticipate issues, make decisions, multitask, work under pressure, and be flexible and proactive.
