• Document troubleshooting steps clearly in the client's ITSM tool.

We have an opportunity for Bilingual Advanced Support - Spanish in Londrina/PR.

• Contract: CLT
• Mode: Hybrid
• Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the resolution of user requests and handle incidents of intermediate/advanced complexity across various clients via remote access within the contracted SLA;
• Document troubleshooting steps clearly and comprehensively in the client's ITSM tool (ticket logs);
• Provide excellent service to users to meet the agreed satisfaction levels;
• Create and update technical processes in the team’s knowledge base;
• Achieve the expected productivity level as aligned with management;
• Participate daily in internal team meetings to coordinate activities.
