Key Responsibilities
  • Product Registration in Retail: Responsible for the registration of products in the retail system.
  • Support for Account Managers (CM) in Delivery Scheduling: Assist in coordinating delivery schedules for Account Managers.
  • Order Operations: Receive forms, format them, and send them for approval from each Account Manager before submission to the Operations team.
  • Support in Promo Sys Process: Open activity models, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely submission of proofs.
  • Commercial Campaign Presentations: Collect and consolidate information, and liaise with each Account Manager to gather insights and learnings from commercial campaigns.
  • Support the commercial team in collecting weekly sales information (ST): Gather and organize sales data weekly.
  • Participation in Weekly Meetings: Actively participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and insights.
  • Ad hoc Commercial Analyses: Perform ad hoc analyses as needed for business insights and for each Account Manager.
