The CFO Medtronic Latin America (CFO MDT LA) is responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic insights to the Medtronic Latin America organization. Reporting directly to the CFO Medical Surgical Portfolio, Medtronic Americas, and Global Commercial Transformation and Operations, the CFO MDT LA will serve as the main business partner for the President, Medtronic Latin America. This role manages a high-performing team and is responsible for leading 5-year revenue forecasts, building and delivering financial models, informing strategic decisions through financials, analytics, and market insights, and partnering with the leadership team within MDT Latin America to advance and execute on critical priorities.
