Job Summary

This fast-scaling creative agency, now over 80 strong in just four years, is seeking a COO to serve as the operational co-pilot to the CEO and co-founders. The ideal candidate will help architect and evolve the company’s operating system while fostering a vibrant and high-performing culture. This executive will oversee core operational functions including the PMO, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal, and will collaborate closely with senior creative and executive leaders to refine the business model and expand the agency’s offering.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's and co-founders' vision into reality.

• Evolve the operating system of the agency to support scale.

• Run agency operations, including PMO, resourcing, processes, and systems.

• Lead all internal operations teams including Finance, HR, IT, Legal.

• Own agency financial health, including pricing, forecasting, and margin optimization.

• Cultivate our unique culture while ensuring strong alignment, joy, and performance.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in creative/marketing agencies.

• Experience working in a 50–200 person agency environment.

• Experience partnering with visionary founders and creatives.

• Expertise in project management, staffing, and pricing.

• Skilled in financial planning and analysis.

• Familiar with legal issues related to creative agency operations.

• Optimistic, nurturing, and collaborative leadership style.
