Qualificações

• Bacharelado em engenharia, administração, direito ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência como Administrador de Contratos, especialmente em contratos de charter FPSO.

• Entender contratos de clientes e garantir que os termos contratuais sejam cumpridos.
• Desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais e negociar propostas.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully understand client contracts.
2. Ensure contractual terms are fulfilled.
3. Analyze and mitigate contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
4. Develop and implement commercial strategies.
5. Prepare and negotiate proposals with clients.
6. Handle contractual disputes, including communication strategies.
7. Communicate disputes via letters, reports, meetings, and emails.
8. Support stakeholders based on contract definitions.
9. Evaluate daily operational reports.
10. Perform end-of-month financial measurements.
11. Prepare management reports and KPIs (Brazil/Global).
12. Support SBM and your department in achieving strategic objectives aligned with SBM’s values.
13. Proactively plan and complete assigned activities with accuracy and timeliness.
14. Uphold SBM policies and procedures, maintaining high customer focus and confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, law, or related fields with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English communication skills.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator, especially for FPSO charter contracts.
• Proficiency in Office Suite.
