For one of our clients, we are seeking a Sales Contracts Manager, remotely from Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.

As a Sales Contracts Manager, your responsibilities include driving revenue, managing client relationships, and overseeing the commercial aspects of contracts within your designated territories or accounts. This involves negotiating pricing and contractual terms, drafting amendments, and reviewing contracts before submission. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success, retention, and growth, while also managing service and maintenance agreements for existing accounts.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage revenue generation and client retention for assigned territories or accounts
  • Draft, review, and amend contracts in collaboration with the legal team
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to ensure favorable conditions for both parties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful implementation and customer success
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of formal field sales experience in the target markets
  • Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and establish strong client relationships
  • Experience working with different sales teams and handling shared territories
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for delivering impactful presentations
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude, and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
