We are looking for a Business Development and Account Manager (Brazil).

Description of work:

We are seeking a Sales and Account Manager responsible for Brazil to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.

This position may require travel up to 30%.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  3. Develop new business opportunities with present and new customers in the dedicated region and create new opportunities based on an understanding of market potential, customer requirements, and company capabilities.
  4. Generate sales revenue with existing customers in line with organizational objectives.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  6. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and partners.
  7. Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Present business cases for pursuing specific opportunities, including profit potential and strategic advantage.
  9. Meet commitments within cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
  10. Adapt to changing environments through problem solving and conflict resolution.
  11. Undertake other duties or projects as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Relevant work experience of 5+ years in technical or account/sales roles involving constant communication with external customers.
  2. Knowledge of the Airport/Ground Handler/Airline Industry.
  3. Ability to understand technology and product concepts and communicate their value to customers.
  4. Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
