The Position

As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for generating new business, expanding our client portfolio, and managing existing accounts within the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop new business opportunities and foster strong client partnerships in the IT sector.
  2. Coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
  3. Market resources to prospective clients effectively.
  4. Support and retain existing resources and clients.
  5. Ensure client standards, protocols, and expectations are met.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years in sales/business development, with at least 4 years in staffing, BPO, or RPO services to tech companies.
  • At least 2 years as an agency recruiter supporting U.S. accounts with full-cycle hiring or sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive renewals.
  • Technical understanding of client hiring needs, preferably with IT recruiting experience.
  • Strong pipeline management skills, experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ATS tools, and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, HR, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
