This Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our demand generation efforts and support our regional sales teams in the Europe Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) and North & South America (NSA) markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, data-driven marketing professional responsible for driving marketing performance, analytics, and team leadership.

This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for EMA and NSA regions
  • Manage and optimize marketing analytics using Google Analytics, SEO/SEA tools, and Salesforce (SFDC) reporting
  • Create and maintain detailed marketing dashboards and performance reports
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize conversion rates and lead quality
  • Track and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology fields
  • Proven track record in demand generation and digital marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Google Analytics
    • SEO and SEA optimization techniques
    • Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and dashboard creation
    • Marketing automation platforms
    • Social media campaign management, such as LinkedIn campaign manager
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Experience managing and developing junior marketing team members

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • SEO/SEA optimization tools
  • Basic HTML and digital advertising platforms

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple geographies and across different cultures
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Location:

This role is based out of our Alphaville, Barueri, São Paulo office and you must be within a commutable distance and work from the office 2-3 days per week.

This role will require traveling to Europe and North America about 50%-60% of the year.
