Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to manage wind farm operations, budgets, and performance metrics. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure HSE procedures, quality standards, and the Global Operating Model are followed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, experience in wind farm or industrial maintenance, financial management, and team leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in wind farm management or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in financial management and cost control.
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• Valid driver's license (category B).
• Proficient with MS Office and Power BI.
• English skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures and quality requirements are followed.
• Adhere to the Global Operating Model by the operations team.
• Execute the Maintenance Plan in compliance.
• Monitor scheduled activities and ensure completion.
• Oversee wind farm performance.
• Manage KPIs and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare annual project budget with variance control.
• Maintain direct client contact and lead management meetings.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Operations Manager
• Ensure that Health & Safety procedures and Vestas Quality requirements are followed
• Ensure the Vestas Global Operating Model is being adhered to by the operations team
• Ensure the asset Maintenance Plan is executed in compliance
• Monitor progress of scheduled activities, ensuring planned work is completed
• Monitor the performance of wind farms
• Manage key asset performance indicators and develop action plans
• Prepare the annual project budget and ensure there are no cost variances
• Maintain direct client contact and lead operational meetings at the management level

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering)
• Experience in wind farm management or industrial maintenance management
• Experience in financial management and cost control
• Proven experience in team management
• Valid driver’s license (category B)
• MS Office
