Formación

• Minimum 10+ years in operations leadership within large service organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering financial results and KPI improvement.
• Experience managing multi-level leadership and large teams.

Are you an experienced operations executive with a track record of leading large-scale service organizations, delivering financial results, and driving operational excellence?

We are seeking a Director of Operations & Services to lead one of the most critical service operations in Brazil. This executive role will have responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, and financial results across a large and complex organization.

What you will do:

• Lead a nationwide service operation supporting strategic customers across Brazil
• Drive operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Own and deliver business results, including full P&L accountability
• Lead and develop a leadership team of Directors and Managers
• Strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive leaders
• Improve employee engagement and contribute to a strong workplace culture
• Ensure achievement of financial targets, operational service levels, customer satisfaction and safety goals

What we're looking fo:r

• Proven experience as an Operations Director, Service Director, Field Operations Director, Head of Operations, or similar executive leadership role
• Strong experience leading large service, maintenance, technical support, field service, or service delivery organizations
• Demonstrated success managing multi-layer leadership structures and large employee populations
• Full P&L responsibility and experience driving financial performance
• Strong customer-facing experience with executive-level stakeholders
• Track record of improving operational KPIs, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
• Experience leading transformation, performance improvement, and organizational change initiatives
