Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a tech implementation leader to own and scale digital platforms across e-commerce, mobile app, kiosks, and CRM. You will drive centralized menu configurations, LTO testing for POS, delivery aggregators, and other digital channels.

You will oversee store tech standards, lead new openings and relocations, manage vendor relationships, and generate performance reports to guide operations.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of tech implementation experience, preferably in QSR and digital technologies.
• Fluent in English or Spanish.
• Leadership skills such as achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

• Implement & maintain digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile app, kiosks, payment systems, loyalty programs and CRM.
• Responsible for centralized menu configurations, LTO testing & programming for POS, delivery aggregators and other digital channels.
• Serve as escalation point for store support and be the technical leader for new store openings and relocations.
• Assist with vendor management, including contracts, SLAs compliance, payments and assets management.
• Help generate sales, digital and operational reports to help track and manage business performance
• In charge of implementing tech/ops standards at the stores (PoS, Kitchen monitors, Inventory, labor, etc)

Requirements

• 4-6 years of tech implementation experience, preferably in QSR and digital technologies
• Proficient in POS & BOH systems (preferably 3S checkout or other QSR vendors)
• Fluent in English or Spanish is a must
• Leadership skills such as achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally
