Job summary

SAP is seeking a Development Manager to lead cloud-native OMS initiatives, combining technical leadership with people management in a cross-functional, agile environment.

As a senior leader, you will drive delivery of scalable, high-performance OMS cloud services, while fostering inclusive collaboration across product, architecture, and development teams. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior developer or architect, building production grade software.
• Strong relevant work experience leading topics/development team.
• Strong experience in native cloud software development practices.
• Knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, cloud architecture and DevOps tools and processes like CI/CD.
• Strong collaborative spirit, able to work across the product organization to achieve complex goals. Building a culture of putting people first.
• Self-motivated, curious, open-minded, resourceful, agile, pragmatic and a bias for action.
• Strong communication and inter-cultural skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (fluent English both verbal and written).
