Job summary

Netvagas is seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive design, development, and evolution of mission-critical enterprise Java applications in Brazil. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering teams, and define architectures for scalable, secure cloud-native solutions using modern Java technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Solid experience as a Development Lead, Senior Java Developer, or Technical Lead in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and delivering high-performance, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions.
