Jobtailor in Blumenau, Brazil is seeking a senior software architect to design and guide scalable microservice-based solutions. You will lead API strategy and ensure robust, secure integrations across systems.

You will mentor teams, enforce SOLID/DDD, review code, and drive high-quality delivery from backend APIs to frontend interfaces, while embracing LGPD compliance and modern DevOps practices.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
On-site or hybrid in Blumenau.
Experience with C# (.NET) development.
Knowledge of SOLID, DDD and Clean Architecture.
APIs creation/consumption; backend and frontend work.
Relational databases: SQL and Oracle.
Experience with scalable, distributed microservices.
Version control experience.
Docker, automated testing and code quality practices.
Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, AWS, Azure DevOps, Swagger & API Management.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement and maintain scalable, secure software architectures focusing on microservices and RESTful APIs.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and integrate with internal/external systems.
Define and apply development standards: SOLID, DDD and Clean Architecture; CQRS and Event Sourcing.
Ensure technical consistency across solution development.
Lead API governance and contracts; implement API Management using MuleSoft or Azure API Management.
Ensure security and performance of system integrations.
Provide technical leadership; promote best practices in coding and testing.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance skills.
Maintain high-quality codebase with automated tests; optimize backend and frontend performance.
Participate in Scrum or Kanban; align deliveries with teams and stakeholders.
Assist prioritization to hit deadlines and quality targets.
Evaluate new tools/tech to improve efficiency; consider Docker, Kubernetes, frontend frameworks.
Ensure LGPD compliance; implement secure coding and auth.
Maintain architecture/API documentation and design decisions.
Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and needs.

Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining scalable, robust and secure software solution architectures, with a focus on microservices and RESTful APIs;
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are easily integrable with internal and external systems;
Define and implement development standards such as SOLID, DDD and Clean Architecture, and design patterns like CQRS, Event Sourcing and Micro Frontends;
Ensure technical consistency in solution development;
Manage API governance, lead the definition of API contracts and implement API Management solutions using tools such as MuleSoft or Azure API Management;
Ensure the security and performance of integrations between diverse systems;
Provide technical leadership to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing and solution design;
Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement and help develop the technical skills of team members;
Ensure the codebase is of high quality, with automated test coverage, and optimize solution performance on both backend (APIs, databases) and frontend (UI/UX);
Actively participate in agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, aligning deliveries with development, operations and stakeholder teams;
Assist in task prioritization and ensure software deliveries meet deadlines and quality requirements;
Evaluate and incorporate new tools, technologies and frameworks that improve team efficiency and solution quality, such as new versions of frontend frameworks (Angular, React), CI/CD practices, containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes);
Ensure solutions comply with security policies and regulations such as LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), implementing secure coding and authentication practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.);
Maintain technical documentation of architectures, APIs, integration processes and design decisions;
Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align expectations and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field;
Availability to work on-site/hybrid in Blumenau;
Experience with development in C# (.NET);
Knowledge of programming and object-oriented development;
Knowledge of software architecture and patterns such as SOLID, DDD and Clean Architecture;
Experience creating and consuming APIs, and with backend and frontend development;
Experience with relational databases, especially SQL and Oracle;
Familiarity with developing scalable applications, distributed environments and microservices;
Experience with version control tools;
Knowledge of Docker, automated testing and code quality practices;
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, AWS, Azure DevOps, Swagger and API Management.
