Sharp Brains is seeking experienced IT Support Technicians to provide onsite technical support at client locations on a dispatch basis. Responsibilities include handling desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals; troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux; deploying, relocating, and decommissioning IT equipment.

Qualificações

• Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and access points.
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with remote support teams and third‑party vendors when required.
