AKK TH3X (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a design professional to collaborate with the Estimating department on efficient tender designs and to manage tender scheme design and construction site designs as directed by the Design Manager.

You will coordinate with the project team to develop cost-effective designs for construction works and provide design justification to obtain approvals from clients and engineers, along with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Estimating department and work with them to develop an efficient and effective design for tender submission.
• To handle design tasks (tender scheme design and/or construction site designs) as assigned by the Design Manager.
• Liaise with project team - Follow with the project team to develop an efficient and cost effective design for construction works.
• Liase with the client / Engineer - Follow up and provide design justification together with the project team to obtain design approval.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Design Manager.
