BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to join our Management team and lead multiple projects with global, multicultural teams. You will guide project management practices, coordinate with the PMO, and ensure delivery excellence across portfolios.

The role requires a strong background in software development, Agile, and senior leadership, with excellent English and a track record in managing budgets and HR processes.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.
• Experience as a Software Engineer.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsabilidades

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and elevate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.


• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.


• Advanced English level.
