BairesDev, a global leader in software outsourcing, is seeking a Delivery Director to lead a distributed team across projects worldwide. The role focuses on directing project management practices, driving agile processes, and ensuring client satisfaction while aligning with corporate strategies.

You will collaborate with the PMO, manage budgets, forecast portfolios, and mentor delivery managers and project managers. Advanced English and a software engineering background are required for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and escalated relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.
