Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to lead client-facing technical engagements, translate requirements into concrete solutions, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales teams. You will influence proposals, team composition, and project estimates while showcasing our delivery model.

The role requires 5+ years in SDLC, 3+ years in a specialized area, and strong English skills. Remote work is supported with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects with the sales team, translating requirements into documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing our capabilities and approach.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
