• Work within the Solutions and Technology Management department
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Develop ETL processes using tools such as Talend
• Promote naming and object-modeling standards to enable models that are easy to present
• Manage version control, documentation, incidents, problems, and other events related to BI reports
• Propose service-management and business-management dashboards and reports from operational, tactical, and strategic perspectives
• Gather requirements from business areas to identify and propose operational and business indicators
• Process data—including extraction, matching, and tabulation—to generate technical and executive reports
• Identify improvement opportunities and design processes
• Perform critical analysis of company information to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks
• Analyze indicators, prepare projections, and monitor trends
• Lead meetings with suppliers and clients
• Handle requests related to the generation of various types of information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed
• Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technology program compatible with the area of responsibility
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software and data warehousing
• Technical English for IT
• Knowledge of IT governance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Intermediate knowledge in the relevant field
• Availability to work in Brasília, Federal District
