We are searching for a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful data solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
2. Define product objectives, set key success metrics, and monitor progress to ensure business impact is achieved.
3. Work closely with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Data Engineers, to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
4. Lead client engagements and contribute to presales activities, showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client needs.
5. Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with roadmaps and customer expectations.
6. Assess data quality and availability, identifying gaps and recommending improvements in data governance processes.
7. Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics and apply insights to enhance solutions and strategies.
8. Support initiatives for data integration and processing to ensure clean and actionable data for decision-making.
9. Clearly communicate insights and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences to align stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

1. At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or within a similar consulting role.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees.
3. Proven experience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product (or major product capability) to market.
4. Strong expertise in data platforms and their applications.
5. Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis tasks.
6. Demonstrated leadership and management experience in data-focused projects.
7. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
8. Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and data product design.
9. Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
10. Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex problems and communicate actionable insights.
11. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
12. Proven success in managing and delivering data projects that focus on measurable business value.
13. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
14. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
