Sinch is seeking a mid-level data analytics professional in São Paulo to deliver actionable insights, maintain dashboards, and develop data models guiding strategic decisions.

Collaborate with Data Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Operations to strengthen data culture, improve data quality, and drive analytics initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment. Fluency in English required; telecom/tech experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL or comparable expertise in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, finance).
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business problems using data and analytics.
• Advanced/fluency English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a global, multi-timezone environment.
• Telecom or tech industry experience.

DESCRIPTION

Mid-level position - You will support the business by delivering actionable insights, maintaining robust dashboards, and developing data models that guide strategic decision‑making. Collaborate across teams to strengthen data culture, improve data quality, and drive analytics initiatives in a fast‑paced tech/telecom environment.
