OPPO, a global technology company, seeks an experienced customs professional in Brazil to manage import/export clearance, documentation, and classification. You will coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs authorities to ensure compliance and timely processing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Customs Affairs, Logistics, or International Trade, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Brazil’s customs landscape. MBA is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Customs Affairs, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in import/export customs in Brazil general trade.
• Proficient in Brazil customs practices, including import/export clearance, classification, taxation, and origin management.

Responsabilidades

• Import/export customs clearance affairs in Brazil company, including documentation, classification, inspection and audit cooperates, import license application.
• Coordinate with broker, Freight Forwarder, Suppliers and Customs.
• Provide prompt support to the finance/PMC/SCM department for related customs affairs.
• Sort daily import/export business processes and propose optimization needs for IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Import/export customs clearance affairs in Brazil company, such as documentation, customs classification, customs inspection and audit cooperates, import license application, etc.
• Coordination with broker, Freight Forwarder, Suppliers and Customs.
• Prompt support supplier for the fiance/PMC/SCM department to the demand of related customs affairs.
• Daily import/export business process sorting, put forward the optimization needs of IT tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Customs Affairs, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• More than 5 years of hands‑on experience in import/export customs business of Brazil general trade.
• Proficient in Brazil customs practices, including import/export customs clearance, commodity classification, and familiarity with other customs skills such as taxation, import/export control, preferential policies, and origin management.
