About the position

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, from implementation to contract renewal and account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).

We value individuals who are entrepreneurial, resilient, and have a farmer's mindset, meaning they are always seeking to expand revenue and achieve exceptional results. Additionally, the ability to handle customer objections and strategically convey technical knowledge is essential to succeed in this position.

  • Developing account plans and executing strategies to increase the customer relationships and increase revenue (upsell/cross-sell), being responsible for the entire sales cycle;
  • Serving as a reference for customers, addressing their needs and concerns;
  • Develop strategies to prevent churn and ensure customer renewal;
  • Provide resources to help customers understand how to use the product more effectively;
  • Transmit customer feedback to the product and development teams to drive improvements and continuously improve the customer experience;
  • Work closely with other teams to grow the account.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management (Farmer);
  • Commercial experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, Hosting and Security;
  • Previous experience in IT Consulting, SaaS sales, and working in sectors like E-commerce, Finance, Technology, or related fields;
  • Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field;
  • Advanced English.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a pre-sales role.
