About the position
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, from implementation to contract renewal and account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
We value individuals who are entrepreneurial, resilient, and have a farmer's mindset, meaning they are always seeking to expand revenue and achieve exceptional results. Additionally, the ability to handle customer objections and strategically convey technical knowledge is essential to succeed in this position.
