Customer Success Executive – Role Overview
The Customer Success Executive is an individual contributor focused on Enterprise and Digital Native SaaS customers. The role requires expertise in mid‑ to large‑scale SaaS at both business and operational levels, with an advanced technical understanding of SaaS solutions. It involves fostering healthy working relationships across Squads, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, and ensuring success through adoption, retention and growth. The primary objective is to develop a positive customer experience while sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier1 customers to achieve overall customer health and growth, expanding the existing client database, cross‑selling CPaaS/SaaS products, and acquiring new clients to meet KPIs. Facilitate regular meetings, discovery sessions with CGEs and AEs, and communicate Infobip strategy and roadmap.
- Serve as the focal point for all SaaS matters to maximize product adoption, platform usage, and client expansion.
- Organize and orchestrate cross‑functional resources to fulfill customer requirements and proactively engage to help customers achieve business success.
- Act as the voice of the customer for the Product SaaS organization, communicating trending feedback and ideas.
- Drive customer participation in business events, webinars, and promotional activities such as case studies and product discovery sessions.
- Maintain accurate activity logs for client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Growth, Account Executives and PDMs for existing and future SaaS business, coordinating internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Define SaaS adoption and expansion plans for the first 90 days, analyze customer data to improve experience and increase feature utilization, and help reduce time‑to‑value.
- Onboard additional users and business units through product demonstrations.
- Own and create success plans for Infobip SaaS customers after the first 90 days, monitor and proactively resolve SaaS health risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire cross‑sell and new‑sell opportunities, assist Customer Growth Executives and Account Executives, and participate in product updates and demonstrations post‑purchase.
- Ensure high SaaS renewal rates and meet quarterly retention, usage, adoption and CSQL KPIs.
- Compile relevant information for customer business reviews with Customer Growth Executives, Account Executives, and PDMs.
- Continuously influence the evolution of end‑to‑end customer experience, share insights with internal stakeholders, and contribute to a global customer success community.
