Infobip Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Brazil to bridge Infobip products with customer deployments and developer teams. You will deliver accurate technical solutions, participate in proposals and deployments, and collaborate with regional teams to design and deliver integrations.

Our Solutions Engineer will be a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing an accurate technical solution and expertise.
The engineer in this role takes part in the activities for Infobip’s customers product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, improvement of their current implementations, solution design and delivery.
In order to deliver the desired business results, Solution Engineers collaborate with the regional teams and act as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
The engineer on this level focuses on learning Infobip’s products and solutions as well as the business processes.
Having an intermediate level understanding on project management, s/he successfully performs project related tasks, consults with the senior engineers, Solution Architects and Solution Managers on the assigned projects.
Experience in technical implementation, solution delivery, technical consulting, or similar roles.
Degree in engineering, IT, systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) — required for both client engagement and day‑to‑day collaboration with internal teams across the region.
Basic knowledge of AI concepts and tools, including prompt engineering, LLMs (Large Language Models), and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Strong communication and presentation skills — able to communicate assertively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, and to confidently lead training sessions, workshops, and client consultations.
Ability to engage in presales conversations — understanding client needs and connecting business requirements to technical solutions.
Ability to read and work with technical documentation and understand integration concepts at a functional level.
Problem‑solving mindset — proactive, resilient, and comfortable finding solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Knowledge of business process modeling and customer journey design, with the ability to create clear and intuitive process flows and documentation that can be easily understood by both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, or similar is preferred.
