Our Services organization is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect to join our Services team. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise and strategic customers to implement monday.com to meet their business needs and challenges.

Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office per week at our Sao Paulo location.

About The Role

• Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding and implementation for LATAM customers.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com.
• Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the service period, liaising between clients and the monday.com team.
• Execute different service offerings depending on the client's package (PS, Onboarding, Managed Services).
• Work with customers to build their workflows into monday.com and develop end-user training plans.
• Develop, own, and implement client success and onboarding plans.
• Identify additional product applications and partnership opportunities within client organizations.
• Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Success roles.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish trust and credibility.
• Proven success in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
• Experience with Web development frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS, REST API; GraphQL experience is a plus.
