A leading company is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to join their Cross-sell Marketing team. This remote role from Brazil involves managing marketing programs to promote product engagement and customer expansion, contributing directly to revenue outcomes. As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you’ll join the Cross-sell Marketing team to help manage marketing programs that promote product engagement and customer expansion. You’ll support the team of Customer Marketers in delivering campaigns across multiple channels and help maintain the systems, tools, and project management needed to grow globally.
This role is important to Avalara’s growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to work with teams, support multiple products, and contribute directly to customer success and revenue outcomes.
You will report to the Director, Cross-sell Marketing and work remotely from Brazil, supporting a U.S.-based team.
