Role Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy and Execution:
   • Perform keyword research to guide content and optimization strategies.
   • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
   • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO software.
   • Conduct regular site audits and recommend technical SEO improvements.
2. SEM and Paid Ads Management:
   • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
   • Monitor and optimize ad performance by adjusting bids, keywords, and ad copy.
   • Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Track key performance metrics for organic and paid channels.
   • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies effective.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, focusing on ABM campaigns, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Effective budget management and prioritization skills.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English.
