Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a CRM Ops professional to manage campaigns and lifecycle journeys using Braze, with guidance from a senior analyst. You will build and review segments, trigger rules, templates, and configurations, ensuring quality through testing and validation before publishing.

Additionally, you will track executions with basic metrics, update operational reports, and document workflows and team routines.
