Qualificações

  • 3+ anos de experiência em CRM ou marketing digital.
  • Familiaridade com gestão de ciclo de vida do cliente e estratégias multicanal.
  • Fluência em português e inglês.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar o design e a implementação de estratégias CRM multicanal.
  • Realizar testes A/B avançados e otimizar o desempenho de campanhas.
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para alinhar estratégias CRM com objetivos de negócios.

About the role

This is a 100% remote position for people located in Brazil

We are looking for aSenior CRM Analystto development and execution of advanced CRM strategies, focusing oncustomer lifecycle management, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in afast-paced, multicultural environment, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive business impact.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design and implementation of multichannel CRM strategies, including automated and ad-hoc journeys;
  • Develop and optimize communication flows to enhance customer engagement and retention;
  • Conduct advanced A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance;
  • Analyze CRM metrics and business results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals;
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors;
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in CRM strategies.

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, or similar);
  • Expertise in customer lifecycle management and multichannel strategies;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, or similar);
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
  • Advanced degree or certifications in CRM, digital marketing, or data analysis are a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful CRM strategies;
  • Experience working in a multicultural, multiproduct, and multiplatform environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken);
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken).
