Job summary

RTB House in Brazil is seeking a front-end focused HTML5 banner developer to turn design mockups into interactive creatives using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will work with GSAP for animations, EJS templates, and assets from Photoshop to deliver cross-browser banners across formats and sizes.

You Will

• Develop and maintain HTML5 advertising banners using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Turn design mockups into polished, interactive creatives across multiple formats and sizes.
• Create smooth animations and engaging visual effects using libraries such as GSAP.
• Work with template engines such as EJS to build reusable templates and dynamic, data-driven creatives.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to extract, adjust and optimise graphic assets for development.
• Test and debug creatives to ensure visual quality, reliable functionality and compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with designers and an international team, contributing ideas and delivering projects on time.

Desired Experience

• Practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, supported by examples of your work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience creating web animations using GSAP or similar JavaScript libraries.
• Familiarity with template engines, such as EJS, and an understanding of how to build reusable, dynamic templates.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately translate designs into working creatives.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an international environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ownership of your work and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Have

• Previous experience developing HTML5 banners or other digital advertising creatives.
• Experience in graphic, web or motion design, with a good eye for composition, typography and animation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using AI coding agents to support development, with the ability to review, understand and validate the generated code.
