Our headquarters is in Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. Since we don’t have a physical campus in Brazil, this role is fully remote—giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you thrive.

What You’d Be Doing In This Role

As Canva scales, change is part of our DNA. This role involves:

• Strategy: Acting as the main leadership point for user and revenue growth in Brazil, coordinating local and global teams to create and execute a multi-year growth strategy, and owning KPIs such as MAUs and ARR.
• Localization: Working with regional teams to optimize our product, content, pricing, and packaging to meet local market needs, considering cultural nuances across diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Hiring, inspiring, and coaching the in-market team, ensuring high impact and performance management.
• Budget: Collaborating with regional teams to shape marketing strategies and allocate budgets.
• Sponsorship: Building relationships with enterprise, education, government, and partnership stakeholders.
• Public Face: Representing Canva at press, PR events, and community engagements.
