ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re expanding our footprint in Latin America and are looking for a Country Manager (m/f) for Brazil — a senior strategic role focused on driving the success of Sofascore in one of our key global markets.

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the achievement of business goals across all Sofascore activities in Brazil. You will coordinate efforts across various departments — including sales, content, marketing, and operations — by closely collaborating with our teams in Croatia and aligning their work with the needs of the Brazilian market.

Your core mission will be to ensure Sofascore’s strategy is effectively executed in Brazil: hitting performance KPIs, growing our presence, and creating strong alignment between local market demands and global company objectives.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Drive business success in Brazil by coordinating and aligning local strategies with global teams
• Act as the main point of contact for all Brazil-related activities, representing the country within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (based in Croatia and elsewhere) to ensure consistent execution across marketing, content and sales
• Monitor and analyze local KPIs across entire organization and provide actionable insights to improve growth and performance
• Identify new opportunities in the Brazilian market and contribute to local business development and strategic initiatives
• Stay on top of local regulations, especially in the advertising and betting space, and ensure company compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and stakeholders in Brazil

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years of experience in market leadership, country management, business development, strategic partnerships or executive roles
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian digital, media, or advertising landscape (experience in the sports or betting industry is a plus)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results through influence and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in English and PortugueseStrategic thinking, analytical mindset, and goal-oriented approach
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Flexibility to travel occasionally, if needed
