Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Specialist - Customer Contract Management to act as the technical interface between customers and engineering teams, translating requirements into contractual actions and supporting offshore projects from a Macaé-RJ office.

Role involves contract administration, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring compliance while facilitating revenue growth and client satisfaction within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (preferred), or Business or Law with strong technical exposure; or a technical certification with strong exposure to subsea services.
• Experience with subsea equipment (XT, THS, Tubing Hanger, VCM) is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret technical and contractual requirements.
• Technical background in Mechanical or Automation engineering.
• Experience in contract management for Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with engineering, operations or manufacturing teams.

As a Service Specialist - Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and execution of customer contracts, acting as a key interface between clients, engineering teams and internal stakeholders. You will support strategic client developments ensuring technical requirements are translated into execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pre- and post-contractual activities and contract administration.
• Interpreting and applying Terms & Conditions ensuring compliance.
• Supporting claims management and resolution.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Acting as a liaison between engineering, operations, and customers.
• Translating technical requirements into contractual actions.
• Supporting offshore and engineering-intensive projects.
• Supporting service agreements and time & material programs.
• Contributing to strategic client services projects.
• Supporting risk modeling and performance tracking.
• Supporting sales campaigns and proposals.
• Monitoring contract performance and profitability.

• Supporting revenue growth and strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Working with Field Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.

• Ensuring the protection of confidential information and compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (preferred), or alternatively in Business or Law with strong technical exposure; or alternatively have a technical certification with strong technical exposure to subsea services and equipment projects.
• Have proven exposure and strong understanding of the technical aspects of subsea equipment (XT, THS, Tubing Hanger, VCM, etc.) (mandatory).
• Have good communication skills in English (intermediate to advanced).
• Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Have analytical thinking and ability to interpret technical and contractual requirements.
• Technical background in Mechanical or Automation engineering.
• Experience in contract management for the Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing industries.
• Experience working in environments requiring strong interface with engineering, operations or manufacturing teams.
