TransPerfect is seeking a CSR Intern to support the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy in São Paulo, Brazil. Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability reports through data collection, validation and documentation.
• Maintain ESG indicators across reporting frameworks and client requirements.
• Support EcoVadis participation by gathering evidence, organizing documentation and tracking actions.
• Help prepare disclosures for CDP including data collection, consolidation and drafting support.
• Assist climate reporting using the GHG Protocol and related frameworks including emissions calculations and tracking reductions.
• Support EMS ISO 14001:2015 documentation, corrective actions and employee awareness.
• Respond to ESG client assessments, questionnaires and information requests.
• Consolidate ESG data from internal teams and sources.

The CSR Intern will support the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy.

The CSR Intern will report to and collaborate closely with the CSR Specialist or CSR Team Lead and the broader Compliance team, providing support with sustainability reporting, environmental management, responsible business initiatives, and client-driven ESG requirements.

DESCRIPTION

• Support the preparation of ESG and sustainability reports by assisting with data collection, validation, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining ESG indicators across different reporting frameworks and client requirements.
• Support the company’s participation in EcoVadis by helping gather evidence, organize documentation, and track improvement actions.
• Assist with the preparation of disclosures related to CDP, including data collection, consolidation, and drafting support.
• Support climate reporting initiatives using the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and other frameworks, including data collection, organization, and support with emissions calculations and emissions reduction tracking.
• Support operational and administrative activities related to the ISO 14001:2015-certified Environmental Management System (EMS), including documentation updates, corrective actions, and employee awareness initiatives.
• Assist with responding to ESG-related client assessments, questionnaires, and sustainability information requests.
• Support the collection, organization, and consolidation of ESG data from different internal teams and sources.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ability to research and understand applicable ESG standards, statutory and regulatory requirements as well as clients’ requirements applicable to TransPerfect.
• Good English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Strong MS Office/computer skills.
• Problem solving/critical thinking skills and abilities to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
• Ability to learn and adjust to new technology.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CSR principles, sustainability trends, and ESG practices, with an interest in developing knowledge in these areas.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, CSRD, or ISO standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with ESG software and tools is an advantage, but not required.
