Futuras Apostas in São Paulo seeks a dynamic Contracts, Consultancy and Privacy Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients, while advising on corporate, data privacy, and regulatory matters.

You will translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance, monitor legislative changes, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualificações

• English proficiency (B2).
• Experience in contracts and data protection (LGPD and GDPR).
• Ability to assess contractual risks and communicate practical legal recommendations.
• Knowledge of trademarks, copyright, and licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Provide internal legal advice on corporate, data privacy, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Translate legal requirements into clear guidance for day-to-day decisions.
• Monitor changes in laws and ensure contract compliance with policies.
• Manage registration and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Support the contract lifecycle by tracking obligations, deadlines, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Assist with LGPD data subject rights requests and privacy policies.

As a Contracts, Consultancy and Privacy Specialist at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients.
• Identify contractual risks and propose practical mitigation measures during drafting and negotiation.
• Provide internal legal advice on matters related to corporate, data privacy, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Translate legal requirements into clear, practical guidance to support day-to-day business decisions.
• Ensure contract compliance with current laws and the company's internal policies.
• Monitor and interpret changes in legislation that may impact the company's operations.
• Implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve legal issues.
• Manage the registration and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Support the contract lifecycle by tracking key obligations, deadlines, renewals, amendments, and terminations with the relevant business teams.
• Control and respond to data subjects' requests exercising their rights to the controller, in accordance with the LGPD.
• Implement and update privacy and data protection policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with LGPD and other international data protection regulations, including support privacy risk assessments, including third-party data processing and data sharing arrangements.
• Advise on trademarks, copyright, and licensing, supporting the protection and appropriate use of the company’s intellectual property and third-party assets.

Required skills:

• English intermediate (B2 level)
• Relevant experience in contracts and data protection (LGPD and GDPR)
• Ability to assess contractual risks and communicate practical legal recommendations to business teams
• Knowledge of trademarks, copyright, and licensing, including the use and protection of company and third-party intellectual property
• Highly self motivated with a hands on profile

Will be considered a plus:

• Post graduation in civil law and/or data protection,
• Experience in the iGaming market
