Koch Fertilizer in Brazil seeks a Contracts and Trading Execution Coordinator to coordinate physical contract execution and provide cross-functional support to Commercial, Logistics, Credit, and Accounts Receivable teams across the trading operation.

The role requires experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing purchase and sales contracts, plus familiarity with shipping documentation, logistics, and systems like Navigator or Salesforce. English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience executing international trade transactions (e.g., shipping documentation and review, logistics coordination, vessel and contract allocation, and/or trading standards and systems such as Navigator or Salesforce.)
• Experience in commercial or customer facing roles which may include activities such as customer relationship management, negotiations, deal closing, and sales support.

Responsabilidades

• Enter purchases and sales in Navigator within 24 hours of deal closure.
• Coordinate amendment requests from customers and suppliers.
• Verify contracts have correct supplier specifications.
• Assist entering and monitoring formula sales and purchase contracts in Salesforce/TSR.
• Allocate each contract to vessels and track details for upcoming shipments.
• Assist Logistics with shipping documents execution and issuance.
• Support Finance with forfeiting sales.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Contracts and Trading Execution Coordinator

This role coordinates the execution of physical purchase and sales contracts and provides cross-functional support to the Commercial, Logistics, Credit, and Accounts Receivable teams across Koch Fertilizer’s Brazilian trading operation.

What You Will Do

• Generate physical contracts to cover purchases and sales concluded on behalf of the team, then forward them and follow up for signatures as required by the established dispute jurisdiction and legal guidance. Purchase agreements require clause review with multiple parties, including Logistics, Credit, Commercial, Compliance, and Legal. Sales contract signature follow-up is currently significantly delayed.
• Ensure purchases and sales are correctly entered in Navigator within 24 hours after each deal is concluded, in accordance with trading standards.
• Coordinate with traders on amendment requests from customers and suppliers.
• Verify that contracts are entered with the correct specifications for each supplier.
• Assist the Commercial team and Finance Director with entering, monitoring, and verifying formula sales and purchase contracts in Salesforce/TSR.
• Allocate each contract to the corresponding vessel and follow up on purchase, transfer, FCT, freight rate, and destination port details for upcoming vessels to determine where sales should be applied.
• Assist the Logistics team with the execution and issuance of shipping documents.
• Support the Finance Director and Logistics team with forfeiting sales.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• English Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficient to communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and to review, prepare, and negotiate contracts, trade documentation, and business correspondence conducted in English.

Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing purchase and sales contracts.

Experience executing international trade transactions (e.g., shipping documentation and review, logistics coordination, vessel and contract allocation, and/or trading standards and systems such as Navigator or Salesforce.)

Experience in commercial or customer facing roles which may include activities such as customer relationship management, negotiations, deal closing, and sales support.
